Divorce
Filing for divorce takes a toll on your family, as well as your finances. As a no-fault state, Nevada does not require any instance of spousal wrongdoing to have occured, so your case will always be able to be reviewed immediately. Nevada does require that you are resident for at least 6 weeks immediately prior to filing for divorce.
